Nokia N95 and N 75
Well, as we know Nokia announced two new models : N 95 and N 75. I can say, i am very impressed.
See for yourself.
Nokia N 95
His dimensions are 99 x 53 x 21 mm, 90 cc and his weight is 120 g. TFT display has around 16 million colors with 240 x 320 pixels, 2.6 inches and this is great. It about time to we see some functional mobile device from Nokia. I say this, because , N 91 , N 92 and even N 93 had some problems like : shutting down , calling your contacts from address book etc. But Nokia N 95 doesn`t seem to have that kind of problems.
Design is perfect : first , we have a slide device , and second most important is a camera with 5 megapixels. Well, look at the picture and you can judge :
He looks like N 80, but he is better than N 80. He has a huge display and his menu is very easy to use. His navigation GPS system is built in the device and also he has a HSDPA. Well, GPS system is already installed on the device, so you don`t need to search on the Internet for programs. My opinion, that is so cool.
Nokia N 95 has 3G , Wi-Fi , EDGE , quad band GSM ( GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 ) , stereo Bluetooth, Infrared , USB 2.0 and also i have to say that this nokia has tv-out port.
His intern memory is 160 MB , and also there is microSD card and you can upgrade it to 2 GB. In the package you got the 128 MB card , but that is not so small card, you can store on that card whatever you want. If you don`t have enough space you can buy a bigger one.
He got Symbian operating system version 9.2, S60 rel. 3.0.
Now I have to say something more about camera : like i sad before, camera is 5 megapixels, with 2592 x 1944 pixels , and there is something that this mobile device has that N 91, N 92 and N 93 doesn`t has and that is : Carl Zeiss optics!
I had N 90 with 2 megapixels camera with Carl Zeiss optics, and i was thrilled with the pictures, but now, can you imagine 5 megapixels and Carl Zeiss optics? This is amazing. Beside Carl Zeiss optics , autofocus, video(VGA 30fps), flash; secondary CIF videocall camera.
His battery is standard, Li-Ion 950 mAh (BL-5F) , stand-by time is up to 220 h and his talk time is up to 6 h 30 min.
Nokia N 75
This is a 3G mobile device. His dimensions are 95×52x20 mm and his weight is 123.5 g and this is the smallest Nokia`s mobile device ever. TFT display is also 16 million colors with 240 x 320 pixels, 2.4 inches and the second display is 256K colors with 160 x 128 pixels.

This is quad band GSM ( GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 ) and also he supports UMTS. His intern memory is 60 MB and he has microSD. Beside this features, he also got GPRS, EDGE, bluetooth, infrared and USB.
Camera is 2 megapixels with 1600×1200 pixels, video(CIF), flash.
He supports MP3/M4A/AAC/eAAC+/WMA player.
Battery is standard, Li-Ion 800mAh (BL-5BT) , his talk time is up to 4h and his stand by is up to 200h.
Well, i am very impressed with both phones. But I have to say that Nokia published great phones and in the future, their`s phones will be better and better…

Sorry… but this statement…
“It about time to we see some functional mobile device from Nokia. I say this, because , N 91 , N 92 and even N 93 had some problems like : shutting down , calling your contacts from address book etc. But Nokia N 95 doesn`t seem to have that kind of problems.”
…is the most retarded one I’ve ever heard in my life!
There are no severe cases concerning shutting down and calling contacts from the addressbook never has been an issue with Nokia’s Symbian powered phones.
How the heck did a crappy statement ended up in your article here?
And how can you confirm that such problems would or wouldn’t occur with the N95????

just hope you can send a text at blazing speed. It has to do the simple stuff well ,something Nokia often overlooks. Another annoying thing about Nokia is its lack of privacy features and they allways autosave messages and keeps a unessary log of every entry. This got me in a lot of trouble so I have a samsung now which can lock mesgs ect. The n95 does look hard to resist though, maybe I will just learn to behave myself and get one.

Have Nokia gotten rid of all the silly bugs on the N series yet? Freezing screen, crashing software, extremly slow to turn on, extremly slow to open software/programmes etc. I had an N80 for a week before I quite literally threw it in my nearby river as it was so bad and bought another phone. I like the way the N95 looks but want to know if all the bugs have gone!
