Fujifilm announce new prosumer digital camera S6500FD for October 2006. New camera brings numerous new technologies into prosumer class. “Face detection” technology for detecting faces in frame, up to ten different faces, for smarter focus, better light metering, and better tracking of moving subjects. Also new Fuji S6500fd comes equipped with SuperCCD imaging sensor with 6Mpix an totally imagine ( in this class ) ISO sensitivity of ISO3200 at full resolution. It’s also equipped with wide 10.7x zoom lens ( 28 - 300mm equivalent ) with mechanical zoom control on the lens barrel.

Also Fujifilm presented new logo as part of new corporate identity which will probably be embossed on this camera too and from October all products comes from Fuji will have new logo.
