I haven't heard of that, but be careful of "Sandisk" SD cards purchased at online auction sites. I bought a 2GB SD that way, and it had the Sandisk label, but it felt lighter than the same card from RS, and the case physically crumbled in short order. It was obviously a bootleg re-label. I managed to download the photos, but I had to throw the card away.

Great review. I just received my Canon A630 yesterday.
Did much research and as you stated, I will not have to lug my Konica T-3 around. But I will continue to use it.
I am still educating myself with the 630. Plan to purchase 2gb Ultra II or Transcend 130x.
Have heard rumors that the Ultra II Plus, has jammed into the slot and the camera must be sent back to Canon for removal....any truth to this rumor?
