ASUSTeK Computer Inc. (ASUS) and Automobili Lamborghini, in January this year announced a comprehensive partnership that merges advanced information technology and automobile heritage. The Lamborghini laptop line-up include glossy black and yellow machines which, Asus claims, “with the look alone, exude power, speed, strength and beauty”. Lamborghini laptops are special editions, but they are going to be mass-produced.

It will have all characteristics of a Lamborghini: Energy, Speed, Power and Beauty. Asus use the aluminum on this model for shells and wrist wrests. Many companies use plastic for the shells and keyboard surrounds on laptops. It is much easier for work. But this Lamborghini model will be much resistant than normal laptops with plastic.

Asus Lamborghini notebook will come with very impressive features. It has a little color LCD and a four way pad. You can do a bunch of things without turning the PC on, like listening to the music.

Alas, Asus didn’t say what specifications the machines will sport, but following Intel’s own tie-in with Lamborgini, it’s a good bet the notebooks will be based on the latest Centrino Duo technology.

Asus Lamborghini notebook will come out at April 2006.
